Are prices fixed or subject to quote?
All service prices shown are ballpark estimates only. Final pricing for any job (cleaning, waterproofing, painting, tree work) is determined after a free on-site evaluation by our team. Members always receive their plan discount applied to the final quote.
What does the member discount cover?
Your member discount (5–15% depending on plan) applies to every service quote — cleaning visits, roof waterproofing, exterior painting, tree pruning, pressure washing, and any additional services. It stacks with seasonal promotions.
Can I cancel my membership?
Monthly plans can be canceled at any time with 30 days notice. Annual plans are committed for 12 months. If you need to cancel an annual plan early, contact your account manager.
Does PRpro serve all of Puerto Rico?
Yes. We serve all 78 municipalities in Puerto Rico. Response times may vary for remote areas — your account representative will coordinate scheduling with you.
What is IVU and does it apply?
IVU (Impuesto sobre Ventas y Uso) is Puerto Rico's sales tax — 11.5% total (10.5% state + 1% municipal). It applies to cleaning and property maintenance services and will be included in all final invoices.
